User will defend and will keep indemnify and hold harmless BNI and its affiliates (and its employees, directors, agents and representatives) from and against all claims, costs, losses, damages, judgments, fines, interest and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: ( i) the use of the Site or the Services; (ii) your actual or alleged breaches of representations, warranties or obligations set forth in these ToS; (iii) user-provided content, including, but not limited to, actual or alleged infringement of proprietary rights; intellectual or proprietary rights of third parties.
